2. Booking and Payments
To confirm a booking, customers must provide accurate details regarding their move and make the necessary advance payment as discussed. The remaining balance must be settled upon completion of the service. Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or other accepted methods.

3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure that all items scheduled for relocation are properly listed and accessible at the time of pickup. Fragile or high-value items should be disclosed in advance for proper handling. Bhardwaj Logistics Packers and Movers will not be responsible for items not declared or packed by the customer.

4. Delays and Cancellations
We strive to deliver all consignments on time; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or mechanical issues. In case of cancellation, customers must inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our cancellation policy.

5. Liability
While our team ensures safe handling and transportation of goods, Bhardwaj Logistics Packers and Movers is not liable for damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, or poor packing by the customer. Claims for damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper evidence.

6. Insurance
We recommend availing transit insurance for added protection. Insurance is provided by third-party companies, and claims, if any, will be settled directly with the insurance provider as per their terms.

7. Storage Services
Storage facilities are available on a rental basis. Customers are responsible for timely payment and collection of goods. Items left beyond the agreed period without notice may incur additional charges.

8. Use of Website
All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Bhardwaj Logistics Packers and Movers. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior permission.

9. Privacy and Data
