1. Service Agreement
By booking our services, the customer agrees to allow Bhardwaj Logistics to handle, transport, and/or store their belongings as per the agreed terms. All service details, charges, and scope of work will be confirmed prior to commencement.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed in advance.

• A booking confirmation may require an advance payment.

• The remaining amount must be paid as per the agreed terms—either before or upon delivery.

• Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled time may be eligible for a refund of the advance.

• Last-minute cancellations may attract a cancellation fee.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be communicated in advance.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must declare any fragile, high-value, or perishable items.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper access to loading/unloading areas.

• Bhardwaj Logistics is not liable for damage caused due to improper packing by the customer.

5. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances
While we strive to meet timelines, Bhardwaj Logistics is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Liability and Claims

• We handle goods with the utmost care, but in case of accidental damage or loss, claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• Our liability is limited to the value declared by the customer and covered under insurance if opted.

• No claims will be entertained without proper documentation and inspection.

7. Insurance

• Transit insurance is optional and must be requested before the move.

• Insurance claims are processed as per the insurance provider’s terms and conditions.

8. Storage Services

• Storage is provided at secure facilities.

• Charges are based on duration and volume of goods.

• Access to stored items may be restricted without prior notice.

9. Prohibited Items
We do not allow the transport or storage of hazardous materials, flammable items, illegal substances, or valuable items like jewelry and cash.

10. Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, India.
